The Project:
One Ocean is an exclusive luxury waterfront development located on Paradise Island, The Bahamas, situated between the iconic Atlantis Resort and the Four Seasons Ocean Club. This upscale project comprises 74 finely crafted apartments and lavish penthouses, each designed to offer breathtaking panoramic views of Nassau Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean.
They were approached by One Ocean Association to design a state of the art mailbox system for this development to enhance the living experience for residents.

The Challenge:
The primary goal was to design a mailbox system that not only meets the functional needs of the residents but also complements the overall aesthetic of the development.
One Ocean is known for its luxury apartments and panoramic ocean views, so the mailbox system needed to reflect this high standard. The residents desired a secure, convenient, and stylish solution for receiving their mail.

The Solution:
To achieve these objectives, The Safety Letterbox Company, proposed an innovative design that incorporated advanced security features, easy accessibility, and seamless integration with the architectural style of One Ocean.

We collaborated closely with the One Ocean Association team to design a custom mailbox system of two banks of 40 mailboxes specifically tailored for this upscale residential complex. They selected the Bespoke MODA STS model, featuring a flush, stainless steel cladding and wall-mounted installation with hidden supports as per the clients request.

The stainless steel was chosen for its corrosion-resistant properties, ideal for coastal environments, and its polished finish, which perfectly complements the development's refined aesthetic. Additionally, they incorporated custom-designed supports, QHDK locks for enhanced security, and bespoke engraving to align with the brand and luxury appeal of One Ocean.
