Client: Derek Lovejoy and Partners
Contractor: Alfred McAlpine
Type of works: supply of 1,200mm high Anticlea fencing.
Onslow House is a highly prominent 90,000 sq ft new office development in the centre of Guildford. Alfred McAlpine was the main contractor for this state-of-the-art building which has been let to Electronic Art, the eighth largest software company in the world.
The landscaping contract was awarded to Derek Lovejoy and Partners who specified Orsogrils Anticlea railing fence to complement the contemporary and prestigious architectural styling of the building.
Orsogril UK supplied 110 linear metres of 1,200mm high Anticlea fencing to demarcate the boundary on two elevations. Four single-leaf gates fitted with high-quality europrofile cylinder locks completed the supply, providing maintenance access to several areas of planting.
The panels and posts were polyester powder coated in matt, Mica-Grey for a smart gun metal finish.
