RECYFIX MONOTEC is a lightweight monolithic drainage channel designed for reliable surface water management in heavily trafficked commercial and public areas.

Manufactured from modified fibre-reinforced polypropylene, RECYFIX MONOTEC combines a lightweight channel body with an integrated FIBRETEC grating to create a robust, easy-to-install drainage solution. Suitable for load classes up to D 400, the system can withstand high volumes of continual traffic, making it suitable for applications including car parks, supermarkets, retail developments and commercial areas.

The RECYFIX channel body is manufactured using approximately 93% recycled polypropylene and carries the Blue Angel environmental label. The material is PVC-free and can be fully recycled mechanically or chemically following lifetime use.

High hydraulic performance

The slim construction of RECYFIX MONOTEC provides a high drainage capacity while maintaining a discreet appearance within the surrounding surface. The system provides a maximum drainage cross-section of 746.1 cm², enabling it to accommodate heavy rainfall and providing sufficient backwater reserve for the reliable drainage of large catchment areas.

Sustainable RECYFIX construction

RECYFIX channel bodies are manufactured from approximately 93% recycled polypropylene, helping to conserve resources, reduce waste and minimise the environmental impact associated with production. The material carries the Blue Angel environmental label and is PVC-free.

At the end of its service life, the channel material can be fully recycled using mechanical or chemical recycling processes.
