SDS GEOlight®
Stormwater Management System

SDS GEOlight® is an ultra-lightweight honeycombed modular structure made from recycled PVC.

The ready-to-install units are preformed to provide an underground stormwater storage facility, for the application of stormwater attenuation or infiltration. The size of these reservoirs is determined by the quantity of water to be stored, while the layout of each scheme is designed to suit the individual characteristics and limitations of each site.

The high void rate (>95%), high compressive strength (to 1000kN/m²) and low resistance to water flow makes SDS GEOlight® an ideal material for cost efficient and maintainable underground water storage during storm conditions.

Constructed in a modular format, SDS GEOlight® systems can be used under a range of surfaces including grass, porous and standard paving, tarmac and concrete.

SDS GEOlight® has been constructed entirely from post-consumer recycled PVC waste, which is normally destined for landfill.

SDS Weholite
Stormwater Management System

Weholite is spirally wound pipe or flat panel, manufactured from corrosion-resistant HDPE, to provide a light weight, engineered solution with superior loading capacity that is chemically inert and provides a projected 120-year design life.

The uniqueness of the Weholite production process means that pipes can be run in any length from 300mm to 30m in one piece. It is one of the few polyethylene pipes in the world that can be produced in dimensions larger than two metres and can be supplied in ring stiffness classes from 2 to 8kN/m².

Weholite products are used in a wide variety of applications including stormwater attenuation tanks, pumping stations, soakaways, flood relief culverts and CSO flood alleviation schemes.

Weholite pipe systems can also be used for more demanding situations such as inter-process pipework on sewerage treatment plants and for offsite build components, as well as for hydroelectric pipelines and intake structures, anaerobic digestion and air vent systems, and as storage, contact and inter-process pipework for drinking water applications.

Rigofill®
Stormwater Storage System

Rigofill® light weight stormwater storage and infiltration units are ideal for construction projects where site storage space is limited and reductions in transportation costs can be achieved.

Rigofill® has a storage volume capacity of over 96% and can accommodate up to three times the amount of water that gravel swales can. Its cross-shaped inspection tunnel allows the content to be monitored simply and accurately, and to be flushed out as may be required in four dimensions.

The open design of the inspection void gives an unrestricted view of the entire interior of the system, not just the inspection tunnel. This allows the internal areas of the system to be inspected by camera.
