108 - iStop® ANTI-FREEZE VALVE
The antifreeze valve allows the circuit medium to be drained when the temperature reaches an average of 3˚C. This prevents ice forming in the circuit of a system, generally with a heat pump, avoiding potential damage to equipment, valves and pipework. The valves are suitable for a variety of fittings and pipes connected by a union.

SERIES 108 - iStop ANTIFREEZE VALVE (HIGH TEMPERATURE) PATENT PENDING
Designed for use with Heat Pumps using R290 as medium. The latest iStop Anti-freeze valve from Caleffi is ideal for use on installations where higher supply temperatures can be reached, such as R290 heat pumps.

108 - iStop® ANTI-FREEZE VALVE c/w AIR SENSOR
The antifreeze valve allows the circuit medium to be drained when its temperature reaches an average value of 3 °C. This prevents ice forming in the circuit of a system, generally with a heat pump, avoiding potential damage to the machine and to the pipes.
The version with the air sensor allows the system to work in cooling mode, even when the water temperature is approaching 3 °C. In these conditions the air sensor cuts in to prevent water drainage.

iStop® PLUS - COMPACT ANTIFREEZE VALVE - SERIES 108
The antifreeze valve is a mechanical protection system that discharge the water contained in the hydronic system. When the temperature of the water in the pipe drops below 3 °C, the antifreeze valve opens and drains.

CALEFFI XF WITH BYPASS
Sizes DN 40 (code 577800, 1 ½”) and DN 50 (code 577900, 2”) are equipped with a by-pass to restrict the flow rate passing through the device and thereby increase the Kv value.
We recommend 100% filtration during commissioning and for the first few weeks of system operation. Then, during the “constant” phase, the device can be set to operate with by-pass to achieve a higher Kv.

MULTI FUNCTION EXPANSION VESSEL BRACKETS
Sealed Systems are the most commonly used form of central heating used in the UK and most of the other parts of the world. Ease of installation makes it particularly attractive to the installer, alleviating the need to fit, feed and vent tanks in a central heating system. A closed or sealed heating system must include an expansion vessel and other ancillary components to accommodate expansion of the water.

SERIES 569 - WALL MOUNTED BUFFER TANK FOR HEAT PUMP
Buffer tanks, either for hot or cold water, have two main functions: they work both as a hydraulic separator and buffer tank.
The hydraulic separator makes the heat pump flow rates and terminals flow rates unconnected. The buffer function reduces the heat pump on/off switching. Hanging energy buffer tanks are designed for wall installation.

FILTER & FROST PROTECTION PACK
The pack consists of:
2 x iStop® Anti-freeze Valves
The antifreeze valve allows the circuit medium to be drained when its temperature reaches an average value of 3 °C. This prevents ice from forming in the circuit of a system, generally with a heat pump, avoiding potential damage to the machine and to the pipes.
1 x High Flow Bi Pass
The differential by-pass valve is used in systems working with variable flow rates, for example in those making widespread use of thermostatic valves or 2-way motorised valves. It ensures a flow recirculation proportional to the number of valves being closed while limiting the maximum differential pressure value generated by the pump.
1 x 28mm Dirtmag Plus
Dirtmag Quattro Multifunction device with dirt separator and strainer, including compression, ends. The presence of these two components allows for continuous protection of the generator and devices from any impurities that form in the hydraulic circuit both at the time of system start-up and in normal operating conditions.
