We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Innovation Award at the 2025 Property Care Association Best Practice Awards!
The annual PCA Best Practice Awards celebrates the businesses and individuals who showcase the highest levels of professionalism and knowledge, with the PCA Waterproofing Conference being held earlier in the day. Now in its 15th year, we’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for another award.
Innovation Award – The Newton Cloud
We have been shortlisted for the Innovation award, with our groundbreaking Newton Cloud Platform.
Providing real-time monitoring of basement pumping systems, the integrated system combines cloud-connected hardware with our Newton Cloud platform to provide both contractors and clients with complete oversight and early warning of any potential issues.
Remote monitoring also enables easy access for service engineers, minimising costly site visits. The system even checks for upcoming weather events and monitors the overall system health in advance of approaching storms.
Say goodbye to reactive maintenance. Say hello to proactive, real-time, and intelligent monitoring. With the Newton Cloud, you can ensure the integrity of all aspects of your waterproofing system, wherever you are in the world.
The 2025 PCA Best Practice Awards
This year, the award ceremony will be held on the 27th November in the iconic Manchester United Football Club.
Both Newton and specialist contractor Trace Basements have a shared history with this location already. Trace were responsible for expertly designing and installing a comprehensive combination of Newton waterproofing products on the new-build Hotel Football at Old Trafford.
We are looking forward to the awards ceremony and the conference in November, and good luck to all those NSBCs and other companies who are also shortlisted for an award!
