Introducing the new highly versatile and cost effective 3-in-1 Bilco SKY Flatglass-1MF – smoke ventilator, roof access hatch and rooflight.

Smoke ventilator

The SKY-Flatglass offers a stylish practical approach to smoke ventilation. The unique sliding cover design means that wind deflectors for smoke ventilation are not required. It is ideal in situations where a hinged opening is not practical, for example, areas exposed to the elements.

Roof access hatch

Combine the SKY-Flatglass-1MF with a Bilco industrial grade fixed ladder, with or without a safety cage, to provide safe and convenient direct access to the roof area.
Options for a powered or manual product. No motor is required for the manual option. The operator can unlock and unlatch the cover with an internal handle and then manually slide the cover open for roof inspection and maintenance purposes.

Rooflight

The sliding clear, toughed glass cover of the SKY-Flatglass-1MF allows natural daylight into a room, corridor or stairwell.
