Clement steel windows are often specified as the preferred fenestration solution for buildings that are important, valuable or of high conservation value.
Clement’s approach is to work in partnership with architects, conservation officers, main contractors and other building professionals to help produce specifications that are visually stunning and offer high technical performance, while respecting and enhancing important heritage and conservation objectives.
Arrangements for Listed Buildings or those in Conservation Areas, can reproduce existing steel fenestration, while improving thermal performance and security. Specifications for new build projects make the most of steel’s strength to produce slender frames with elegant sight lines which are incomparable to other supposedly similar materials such as aluminium.
Steel also enables Clement to produce highly secure window systems which feature multi point locking and where appropriate they can offer windows that achieve the BS 7950 security standard.
Technical drawings are produced in house using industry standard CAD software and manufacture of their windows is carried out in Clement's own factory to a quality assurance system that fully complies with BS EN ISO 9001.
