JT3-3 Stainless Steel 304 (A2) Tek Screws
EJOT JT3-3 fasteners are manufactured from 304 (A2) grade austenitic stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel drill point welded to the stainless steel shank.
• The hardened drill point enables the screw to drill carbon steel sections and by having the lead threads formed on this hardened point this allows for correct tapping at high drilling speed.
• For use when fixing to 1.2-3.0mm steel, generally used when fixing EVT brackets, tophats and C-channels to SFS.
JT3-12 Stainless Steel 304 (A2) Tek Screws
EJOT JT3-12 fasteners are manufactured from 304 (A2) grade austenitic stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel drill point welded to the stainless steel shank.
•The hardened drill point enables the screw to drill carbon steel sections and by having the lead threads formed on this hardened point this allows for correct tapping at high drilling speed.
•Where fixing brackets to hot rolled steel sections we recommend they are used with the S16, S19 or A15 vulcanised sealing washer ensuring a safe seal every time.
•For use when fixing to 4.0-12.0mm steel, generally used when fixing EVT brackets, tophats and C-channels to hot rolled steel sections.
JT4-4 Stainless Steel 304 (A2) Tek Screws
EJOT JT4-4 fasteners are manufactured from 304 (A2) grade austenitic stainless steel suitable for use when drilling and tapping into ALUMINIUM sections.
• The drill point and thread forms are designed to provide maximum mechanical performance with ease of installation into aluminium or timber substrates.
• Where specified they are assembled with a S14 stainless steel / EPDM vulcanised sealing washer ensuring a safe seal every time.
• For use when fixing to 1.5-4.0mm aluminium, generally used when fixing rails and profiles to EVT helping hand brackets.
JT4-6 Stainless Steel 304 (A2) Tek Screws
EJOT JT4-6 fasteners are manufactured from 304 (A2) grade austenitic stainless steel suitable for use when drilling and tapping into ALUMINIUM sections.

• FR fixings can be powder coated to colour match main façade for less visibility of the fixing head.
• Dome headed decorative fixing for use when fixing to 1.2-12.0mm steel, generally used when fixing façade panels and copings.
