EJOT JC6-KB Stainless Steel Concrete Screw
EJOT JC6-KB fixing is an A4 stainless streel bi-metallic concrete screw, the fixing comes with a hex head and is available from 6m up to 12mm variants.
• The concrete screw comes with superior corrosion resistance in environmental classifications C1 up to C4, which makes it perfect for coastal/marine environments.
• ETA option for cracked and non-cracked concrete. Typical applications include fixing EVT helping hand brackets back to concrete.
• The fixing comes with 'anti back-out' serrations. These serrations form part of the underheard design to provide much greater grip into metal fixture materials such as aluminium.
• For extra fixture grip and a gold marking highlights uniquely welded threads as a bi-metallic indicator.
EJOT BA-E Plus Throughbolts
EJOT BA-E Plus is a steel anchor for cost-effective fixations in cracked and non-cracked concrete > C20/25, generally for use when fixing RJ Facades Helping Hand brackets to concrete.
• Also suitable for natural stone, dry indoor areas and wet areas.
• In addition to pre-positioned and push-through installation, the bolt anchor is suitable for stand-off installation.
• For embedment of medium-heavy to heavy fixing such as pillars, metal structures and wooden structures, as well as for pre-,push-through and distance installations.
• Characteristics values apply to the compression strength of C20/25 concrete. design load of an anchor for centric tension in cracked concrete.
• Seismic approval category C2 (M10-M16)
• Installation torque achieved with 30 – 50% fewer revolutions
EJOT Multifix VSF Vinylester Resin
EJOT Multifix VSF styrene free low-odour anchor mortar is a two-compound chemical anchoring system based on a 'high reactivity' vinylester resin.
• Fast gelling and curing for cracked and non-cracked concrete, approved for fixings in perforated brick, solid brick, concrete, and aerated concrete.
• Used for elevated temperatures, temperature ranges I, II and III.
• The injection mortar system also benefits from approved system components such as anchor rods, anchors with internal threads, and injection anchor sleeves for fixings in concrete, aerated concrete, and masonry in both internal and external areas.
• Suitable for underwater applications the Multifix VSF is also used with the approved system components for rebar connections, the remedial wall tie VBS 8, and the Thermax stand-off insulation system.
• Approval for threaded rods M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 and M24, approval for rebar Ø 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25mm
EJOT Super Epoxy SE800 Resin
EJOT Super Epoxy SE800 is an epoxy injection mortar for solid base materials. It works in dry, wet and flooded holes.
• Service temperature range from -40ºC to +80ºC with a max long term temperature +50ºC and with a max short term temperature +80ºC
• Product has no shrinkage making it ideal for oversized holes. Thixotropic, can be applied in both vertical and horizontal directions.
• Anchors used for post-installed rebar connection designed according EN 1992-1-1
• Anchor for use in non carbonated concrete C12/15 – C50/60 according EN206-1
• The epoxy mortar is ideally suited for rebar connections that are installed with a large drill hole diameter and a high anchorage depth. It can also be used for diamond-drilled and water-filled drill holes.
EJOT SDF KB Performance Façade Fixing
The SDF KB façade anchors has various anchorage depths and comes in 2 different thread types for fixing into solid concrete, blockwork and brick.
• The screw has a hexagon head and integrate d internal T40 drive for tight compression and washer for optimum load-transmission
• Collar flange for thermal separation between screw and attachment as well as seal ring to prevent moisture penetration
• The SDF KB range come with a double safety lock against torsion for secure assembly and are radially expanding for consistent and optimal expansion for all perforated building materials.
• Subject to design approval we recommend using the SDF KB 10V (Blue) for solid brick and the SDF KB 10H (red) for hollow brick.
• The SDF KB 10V (Blue) has a short thread to enable larger side load, the SDF KB 10H (Red) has a two-tier thread for higher side load
• The SDF KB 10V anchor comes with 2 setting depths, 3a for embedment depths greater than 40mm in concrete and 3b for embedment depths greater than 50mm in masonry.
Fischer FBS II A4 Stainless Steel Concrete Screw
Fischer FBS II A4 is an A4 stainless steel high performance concrete screw for absolute installation ease in the exterior area.
• Up to 3 embedment depths allows for the same screw to be used for different component thicknesses.
• Expansion-free anchoring (undercut) allows for lowest edge- and axial spacings
• The assessment ETA Option 1 covers the use of single point anchors in cracked and non-cracked concrete.
• The performance categories seismic C1 and C2 ensure that the strictest of safety standards and earthquake specifications can be fulfilled.
• The approved adjustment for the concrete screws allows the screw to be unscrewed twice for a total length of 20mm, to place maximum 10mm packaging below the base plate head or to align the attached part, and then to tighten the screw again.
• Drill holes do not need to be cleaned during vertical installation (ceiling and floor). for floor fixings the hole must be drilled 3x drill hole diameter.
Fischer FAZ II Throughbolts
The Fischer FAZ II is a steel anchor for the highest requirements where heavy loads can be secured in cracked concrete.
• According to the new ETA evaluation the tensile strengths are decisive. Thus fewer anchors are required.
• Cap nut version available offering a optically attractive anchoring and protects against injuries due to the round shape.
• International approvals guarantee maximum safety and best performance.
• The variable anchorage with sizes M8 to M16 allow a millimetre-accurate adjustment to the loads for the first time.
• The first bolt anchor M6 with an ETA assessment Option 1 for secure and reliable anchoring's.
Fischer FIS V Vinylester Resin
The high-performance mortar FIS V is the universal all-rounder for the most demanding requirements.
• The styrene-free vynlester-hybrid mortar is the first system worldwide that is approved for fixings in perforated brick, solid brick, concrete, and aerated concrete.
• The injection mortar system also benefits from approved system components such as anchor rods, anchors with internal threads, and injection anchor sleeves for fixings in concrete, aerated concrete, and masonry in both internal and external areas.
• The high-performance mortar FIS V is also used with the approved system components for rebar connections, the remedial wall tie VBS 8, and the Thermax stand-off insulation system.
Fischer FIS EM Epoxy Resin
The injection mortar FIS EM Plus is a high-quality epoxy mortar for top load-bearing capacity in cracked and non-cracked concrete and for seismic applications in performance categories C1 and C2.
• It is suitable for fixations of shear connectors for concrete layers, tall shelvings, and heavy steel constructions both inside and outside.
• The injection mortar is processed with the approved system components threaded rod FIS A with variable anchorage depths and internal threaded anchor RG M I as well as with reinforcement bars.
• The epoxy mortar is ideally suited for rebar connections that are installed with a large drill hole diameter and a high anchorage depth. It can also be used for diamond-drilled and water-filled drill holes.
Fischer SXRL Performance Façade Fixing
Fischer SXRL has up to three anchorage depths and is approved for multiple fixings of non-structural systems in concrete, masonry and aerated concrete.
• The SXRL10 has an approval for single-point fixing into concrete and the SXRL14 can be used for stand off installation of facades under compression load.
• In perforated brick masonry, the two expansion zones of the plug apply force evenly where as in aerated concrete and solid brick materials they unite to form one long expansion element to ensure excellent load values.
• Through the special geometry of the plug, the retention forces are evenly distributed in the drill hole.
• With deep set installations the longer ribs prevent the plug from turning during installation.
• SXRL lengths available up to 240mm to provide the right plug for all applications.
