Fast-Track Screed Systems
A range of rapid-drying screed binders designed to significantly reduce programme times. These systems enable the installation of ceramic tiles within hours and other floor finishes within just a few days, eliminating prolonged drying periods associated with traditional screeds. Ideal for fast-track projects and overnight refurbishment where rapid return to service is critical.

Primers, Damp Proof Membranes and Smoothing Compounds
Comprehensive surface preparation solutions, including surface DPMs for controlling residual moisture across varying relative humidity levels, and primers to optimise adhesion. The range includes both water-mixed and latex-modified smoothing compounds suitable for diverse substrates and applications, from featheredge finishes to depths of 40mm. Fibre-reinforced options are available for use over flexible substrates, alongside repair mortars for localised floor, corner and step remediation.

Flooring Adhesives
A complete portfolio of high-performance adhesives, including pressure-sensitive and high-temperature resistant formulations, as well as product-specific solutions for LVT, timber flooring and carpet tiles. All adhesives are solvent-free with low VOC emissions, with selected products forming part of the Mapei Zero range, where residual CO₂ emissions are offset across the product lifecycle.

Sealants
High-quality, pure silicone sealants available in a broad spectrum of colours, suitable for use in conjunction with LVT and other floor finishes.
