Kooltherm K107 Pitched Roof Board:

Kooltherm K107 is a premium performance pitched roof insulation board. Suitable for use in tiled or slated pitched roofs, dwarf walls, attic floors, dormer windows and flat ceilings. The insulation boards can be simply retrofitted when converting an attic where re-roofing is not needed. The boards are easy to cut and handle, ensuring an efficient installation process. They can easily be trimmed to size to suit rafter spacings.

OPTIM-R E Inverted Roofing System:

The OPTIM-R E Inverted Roofing System is perfect for projects that require the lowest U-value or the thinnest roof build-up. It is ideal for where there is little space for installing new roof insulation. OPTIM-R E is encapsulated in a coating for increased robustness and easier handling on-site. The vacuum insulation panels are accompanied by rigid extruded polystyrene insulation infill panels which can be cut to fit around problem areas such as roof lights or ventilator kerbs.

OPTIM-R Roofing System:

The OPTIM-R Roofing System is perfect for projects that require the lowest U-value or the thinnest roof build-up. It is ideal for where there is little space for installing new roof insulation, for example buildings with planning height restrictions. The System comprises vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) and PIR infill boards. The infill boards can be cut to fit around problem areas such as roof lights, ventilator kerbs or drainage gutters.

Thermaroof TR24:

Thermaroof TR24 is a high performance PIR insulation board for flat roofs, offering a thermal conductivity of 0.024 - 0.027 W/mK. It is compatible with the majority of torch applied waterproofing systems. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, Thermaroof TR24 is easy to handle and install.

Thermaroof TR26:

Thermaroof TR26 is a high performance PIR insulation board for flat roofs, offering a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK. It is fully compatible with most mechanically fixed single-ply waterproofing systems and green roof systems. Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects, Thermaroof TR26 is easy to handle and install. Its installation technique makes it an ideal flat roof insulation solution for fast track building programmes.

Thermataper TT44:

As a high performance tapered insulation system, Thermataper TT44 provides insulation and drainage in one. It is designed to enhance water drainage for flat roofs waterproofed with partially bonded torch applied waterproofing. Thermataper TT44 comes with a supporting design service. This ensures that the most cost-effective solution for a flat roof is identified and that the end result is a tapered system design that meets the roof’s rainwater run-off and insulation requirements.
