Wykamol
Since 1934 The Wykamol Group have been a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of a wide range of specialist surface treatments and coatings to the construction industry for both damp and waterproofing.
These products and coatings include external water repellents, podium deck treatments, waterproof and gas proof coatings, tanking slurries, floor coatings, internal/external coatings, condensation coatings, thermal and heat loss coatings, and damp and salt barriers.
External damp coatings
Some of the range of surface treatments and coatings Wykamol provide include, external water repellents and masonry protectors, Enviroseal a solvent free water repellent and Dryseal, a deep penetrating thixotropic cream, both give protection to masonry against rain or driven rain, protection from pollutants and frost and salt damage.
Internal damp & condensation coatings
Thermaldry, an anti-condensation paint with hollow glass beads, insulates walls and Isotherm thin insulation protects against damp and salts to combat condensation and prevent heat and energy loss through the walls.
Floor coatings
Floor coatings like EP40, a water-based epoxy resin for damp and failing concrete floors, Technoseal DPM a universal liquid damp and waterproof membrane, used widely across the construction industry and can be applied to timber, masonry, concrete & steel.
Waterproof and gas coatings
LGM is a Styrene butadiene latex liquid applied waterproof and gas coating, which can be used as a gas barrier or used to link other gas barriers/systems to difficult construction details.
Podium deck, balconies, terraces and flat roofs
Hydradek PU is a single component polyurethane, high elastomeric waterproof system for podium decks, balconies, terraces, flat roofs and walkways.
Cementitious coatings and barriers
Hydradry is a crystalline cementitious tanking slurry which can be used on concrete and masonry to form a permanent waterproof coating. It is a two-component flexible coating, made of a cementitious powder and a high concentration liquid polymer with crack bridging ability.
