Wallbarn partnered with AB Building and IWS to deliver a fully compliant, Class A fire-rated decking system. As a team, we provided detailed material estimates, 3D scaled drawings, and a comprehensive quotation, ensuring an efficient planning process. Wallbarn supplied the MetalPad Ex adjustable pedestals, aluminium joists, and all fixings, while AB Building provided their ceramic ExaDeck boards, achieving full UK fire regulation compliance.

To streamline installation, the system required only two simple fixings, the M8 Wing Nut Kit and the W Clip 60—for a secure, and minimal tool connection.

The project covered everything from planning and estimating to removal of the old decking, material deliveries, and installation, making the entire process smooth and efficient for the client.

Despite three different companies being involved, we worked as a single, unified team to deliver a hassle-free, fully compliant decking solution. The result? A stunning outdoor transformation that delivers both safety and style.
