Class A Exadeck Porcelain Decking
Exadeck Class A rated Decking is a high performance porcelain deck board with exceptional mechanical strength, impressive anti-breaking capacity, impressive slip resistance and substantial resistance to abrasion; making it an optimal choice for areas with heavy foot traffic. This non-combustible system's fire-resistance ensures both safety and enduring performance. Beyond fire resistance, Exadeck exhibits resilience to frost and ice due to its minimal water absorption characteristics. Furthermore, its ability to withstand temperature variations safeguards against expansion-induced deformities.

Crucially, Exadeck is a rectified board. It undergoes two additional processes to ensure each board is dead straight and dead flat. This creates clean lines along even long decking sections and also means the connection between the joist and the underside of the board is flat and the fixing is secure with no rocking over time.

Hygiene and safety are two key priorities in UK Construction. Because Exadeck is made of recycled ceramic materials, it offers a series of advantages over other rival products including being cooler underfoot in hot weather. These include an easy-to-clean surface, anti-bacterial properties and almost zero water absorption.

Exadeck is a truly sustainable product: the ceramic content is sourced from approx. 75% recycled clay; the factory runs on predominantly solar power and even the water is recycled.

C-Deck Fibre Cement Decking.
C-Deck cement fibre board has been produced and tested to the updated British building regulation standards BS 8579:2020 design of balconies and terraces. CDECK cement fibre board does not burn, rot, rust, or warp. It has a grained upper surface and creates an attractive woodgrain aesthetic and ensures lasting performance and quality, all while meeting stringent fire safety regulations.

The Aluminium Decking from Wallbarn is lightweight, non-combustible and low maintenance system which has been designed with the practicalities of everyday living in mind. It is suitable for a range of applications including high rise balconies, roof terraces and walkways.

The aluminium decking presents with clean lines and a sleek appearance. With concealed fixings and drainage details, it reflects the trends of modern building aesthetics and design. It is manufactured from 100% recycled aluminium with a durable coating that provides both excellent slip and wear resistance. It is more than up to the task of handling the rigours of everyday living.

Bamboo Elegance
Bamboo is the most sustainable decking product for anyone considering a natural material. Bamboo grows incredibly fast, with forests able to grow back entirely 5 years after harvesting; the actual harvesting process entails cutting rather than felling the plants, so the root systems are undamaged and the earth on the forest floor is not disturbed. The “wood grain” is straight meaning structural stability and no shearing, splitting or splintering.

Bamboo Elegance is a premium quality, ultra-hard compressed bamboo fibre decking material with long-term durability. It has an attractive, aged grey appearance and superior UV resistance.

Tropical Hardwood
Wallbarn's hardwood decking, available in IPE and Cumaru varieties from South America, is favoured for its tight grain and high resistance to mildew, termites, and rot. Additionally, Wallbarn offers hardwood timber tiles from the same materials, compatible with our extensive range of adjustable pedestals. This combination allows for exceptionally rapid installation, accommodating total system heights from 37mm to over a metre.
