Designed for the fast sealing and repair of cementitious screeds, MAPEI's Eporip SCR offers flooring contractors a practical, easy-to-use solution for screed repair and preparation. Combining rapid application with fast curing, the urethane-silicate resin can be used to repair cracks, joints and minor damage, allowing levelling compounds and flooring adhesives to be applied within an hour.

Supplied in two pre-measured components, Eporip SCR is designed for simple preparation on site; Component A is poured into the bottle containing Component B and shaken to mix. After approximately two minutes, the resin can be applied directly through the bottle nozzle, eliminating the need for separate mixing equipment.

Eporip SCR is suitable for sealing and stitching cracks and joints in cementitious floors and screeds, fixing strips, profiles and casements, securing anchoring bolts and dowels, and for the rapid bonding of concrete, ceramic and natural stone tiles.

The resin offers excellent screed penetration and provides a strong bond with fast hardening. Application can also be adapted to suit the repair: when used straight after mixing, the fluid consistency penetrates fine cracks effectively, while waiting 3-5 minutes creates a higher viscosity suitable for bonding and for filling wider joints.

Odourless and solvent-free, Eporip SCR is EMICODE EC1 Plus-certified for very low VOC emissions, helping to create healthier environments for both installers and end users. Levelling compounds and adhesives can be applied after approx. 45 minutes. Once cured, the resin is resistant to castor wheel traffic in accordance with EN 12529.
