Mapei were specified to provide flooring adhesives and screeds for luxury apartment development in London.

The development at 67 Tufton Street compromises of 19 apartments and 3 duplex penthouses.

Mapei’s Keraquick and Latex Plus products were used on approximately 340m2 flooring in all the main and ensuite bathrooms as well as all the balconies in the building.

They were specified due to their high performance, fast setting attributes and enhanced adhesion.

800m2 of wall tiling was fixed with Mapei’s Ultralite S2, an adhesive specifically developed for large tiles, on the walls of the developments bathrooms and ensuites.

From their Fast Track Ready range, Mapei’s Topcem was used as a screed on 120m2 of the buildings balconies. The screed is quick setting and allowed the installation of tiles just 24 hours after application.
