Ancon’s have launched the Bartec-Plus Parallel Threaded Coupler System as the latest addition to their range of reinforcing bar couplers. Bartec-Plus has been awarded UK CARES Technical Approval TA1-A and is the only coupler system approved in the UK suitable for large volume, fatigue applications, including major road and rail infrastructure projects.
Ancon are to launch Bartec-Plus at the UK Concrete Show this February. Stand C60 will also feature the KSN Anchor Reinforcement Continuity System, which won “Best Product in Show” last year, and Ancon’s unique Lockable Dowel, designed for use at temporary movement joints in post-tensioned concrete frames.
