Bohle Ltd have launched Portavant 60, a new, slimline, lightweight sliding glass door system developed from the Portavant 120 range. The system is designed for installations such as domestic internal doors and offers soft-closing and opening on door widths from just 380 mm, carried on a slimline profile just 57.5 mm deep. Portavant 60 is suitable for 8 mm or 10 mm tempered glass and can accommodate doors weighing up to 60 kg.
The Portavant system does not require glass drilling or cutouts as a clamp system secures the glass in position. The company claims that mounting the doors and track is also a simple process as Portavant has a range of adjustments for uneven walls. The Portavant range is available ex-stock from Bohle and is supplied with all necessary fixing instructions.
