RJ Facades Supports Sustainable Façade at Miles Street Mixed-Use Development

Miles street is a mixed-use development in Vauxhall, London. The scheme comprises of a 37-storey student accommodation tower with 454 rooms and a six-storey commercial office building creating 3583m2 of open plan office space. The office block also features a rooftop multi-use games area which is accessible to residents and students.

Targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ the scheme considers sustainability and wellness in its contemporary workspace. The main façade consisted of curved glass windows, reinforced concrete, and Marley eternity rainscreen panels supported by the RJ Facades Horizontal bracket system with horizontal T rails.
